DISC Career Assessments — How You Behave & How You Communicate

Think of DISC Career Assessments as the GPS for your career destination. You gain an understanding of who you are, how you behave and how you communicate; and how you fit into the company culture. Career assessments showcase your soft-skills, interpersonal strengths, emotional intelligence, people-awareness. And career assessments give you tools to help you adapt to others.

  • This is our core report which is essential for creating your resume and cover letter and it’s included in your Resume Package. Every client gets this report. We use it to develop your brand and to prepare you for interviews. You will also use it for interview talking points and to strategize your job search.

    Taking the assessment is easy. It’s online and takes about 15 minutes to complete. The key to an authentic report is to not overthink your responses. If you take longer than 15 minutes, you're overthinking.

    We can develop a one-page snapshot of YOU from the report to add to your interview portfolio and leave with the Hiring Manager.
